This ‘Mind Management: Skills and Strategies for Life’ programme is the sister programme – in group form – to the 1-1 coaching programme that I’ve been running for several years, based around the ‘Chimp Model’® from Professor Steve Peters.
As with that programme, it’s for those who are interested in:

🎯preventing your emotions from ‘getting on top of you’
🎯preventing and managing stress
🎯being more resilient
🎯getting better at keeping things in perspective and
🎯having better relationships.

We use Steve Peters’ ‘A Path through the Jungle’ workbook as a guide, and follow as below each of the units – putting into practice learnings around understanding and managing our minds, and in particular our emotions and emotional responses. If we can do this, we’re then in a good position to allow logic and rationality to have the final say over our responses to situations, to navigate our way through life’s ups and downs, and to make the most of ourselves and others. The ultimate aim is for us to achieve robustness and resilience.
The course is made up of 8 live online workshops, during which you’ll engage in practical exercises, interactive discussions, and apply and practice the learning relative to your own life/real-life situation.
We consequently have a clear and structured and focused direction, in a supportive and participative online setting. We’ll also be sharing experiences and learning with and from each other in this small group environment. Maximum number of participants: 10.
