I am a coach and trainer, and work with individuals and groups, to support you to deal with and overcome feelings of stress, worry and anxiety: to better manage your emotions and be resilient.
I’ve been training and developing people for over 30 years, and in this specific role since 2003, initially as a workplace counsellor in government.
Coaching and training sessions take place via Zoom; face to face at my offices in Reading, Berkshire, or Guildford, Surrey; in-company at your premises
I believe that we all have it within ourselves to discover/re-discover how to be resourceful and resilient, and live our best lives. Life gets in the way sometimes, and we can get in our own way too, thinking and behaving in unhelpful ways, and experiencing unpleasant emotions that prevent us being who we are/want to be. This approach ties in well with the essence of coaching, which is based on the principle that our well-being is down to ourselves, and we are responsible for it. This is a positive concept in that it means that we have the means, the power and the influence to change our situations if we can work out how to do so.
