Our aim at SMP is to support organisations and individuals to promote wellbeing, to prevent and manage stress and to maximise performance. SILVER: 15 DAYS PER YEAR

GOLD: 20 DAYS PER YEAR

You can upgrade on the above at any time.

You may prefer to sign up for our Employee and Organisation Support Service, a year-round Workplace Staff Counselling service (with this you benefit from reduced rates on our trainings, mediation and stress survey work).
