If any of the above apply to you/your organisation, SMP’s Employee and Organisation Support Service can help. We have a number of years experience in supporting the business – staff, managers, HR – and promoting, maintaining and improving wellbeing and performance at the individual and corporate level.

Our comprehensive, confidential service includes

• one-to-one support/meetings lasting typically up to 60 minutes (for all staff: personal or work issues)
• advice and support to managers and HR on management/staff/organisational issues

Our staff of workplace counsellors, stress consultants and trainers are all highly experienced and qualified, with industry-standard/university-accredited training in Counselling; Employee and Organisation Support; Stress Management; Facilitation; Mediation; Learning and Development and Coaching.  SMP provides  a regular, confidential, independent and non-judgmental on-site service at your place of work, or at our offices if you prefer. We also offer a range of complementary wellbeing, stress management and mediation services: group training for staff and managers in resilience; preventing and managing stress; assertiveness skills; mediation work.
